Zucchini or Yellow Squash Casserole

This recipe came from my Mother-in-law

2 c. mashed Zucchini or Yellow squash

1 can Cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup Sour cream

1 6 oz. pkg. Chicken Stuffing mix

Mix all ingredients well

Put in a Casserole Dish

Pour 1/2 stick melted butter over top of casserole

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Sounds like a good dish to me, those cream of anything soups tighten up almost anything, and the sour cream gives it pazzazz!!!!!

This sounds wonderful! I love yellow squash and zuchinni. I have to try this. The stuffing is what makes me think this has to be delicious.
