Corn Casserole

My sister-in-law made this corn casserole for my nieces wedding. Everyone loved it including my children.

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick melted butter
1 cup sour cream

Bread crumbs & parmesan cheese for the topping.

Mix ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs & parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

This is a great side dish for any occasion. This would be a great dish to make for a pot luck dinners.
