When my dad was visiting, my daughter-in-law had us all over and made this meal. It was very good and went a long way.
Frozen Bread dough - let thaw
1 egg yolk
1 table spoon permasan cheese
1tsp parsley
1tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
2 table spoons oil
Mix together,
Roll out dough, spread mix over dough.
fill with Meat and cheese and veg of your choice.
Pinch dough sides together.
Use egg whites - brush over the bread
roll up dough
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes
This makes 1 loaf
She made 3 different kinds when we were over.
