My best friend made this for her daughter-in-laws baby shower on Saturday. It went over very well, all the ladies were raving about it.
Creamy Caramel Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 t. lemon juice
1 c. cold milk
1 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
Beat cream cheese and brown sugar together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, beating well after each addition. Cover and chill at least one hour.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
