A.J. Update!

We received a letter from Aaron today! I have received a few now but have failed to post them, so I thought I would post this one. I get a letter every Wednesday now. He said, the Navy let's him write on Sunday's.

Letter from Aaron:

Hey Everyone,

How's everyone doing? Everything is fine here. We have our ups and our downs, but were doing better then before. Some people have gotten kicked out, like 5 so far. A couple more are on the way way. Were starting to work as a team more.

Well anyway, how's everyone doing? You guys do anything fun while I've been gone? Boot camp is pretty crazy right now, were taking tests and having inspections like every week. We got a flag for getting a good grade on the first test. Were hoping to be the first division to do 5.0 on the second test. 5.0 is the highest grade. We have a really big inspection coming up and I don't think we're ready yet.

How's school going for the boy's? I hope there doing well! Bo's soccer games sound pretty interesting. What is his teams over all record?

How's wrestling going for the boy's? It sounded like they are getting better and better and less tired.

So, how's work going for everyone? just got my first paycheck, it was like a quarter of what I am suppose to get because of clothing and stuff. I can't wait till graduation to get out of here. It's not bad but I want some good food, outside of bootcamp. After A-school I can take 14 days off leave so I think I am going to take the 14 days.

Well, I'll write again next week. Send a couple pictures!

P.S. Tell everyone I said hi.

Aaron

  1. It's always nice to receive a letter from our loved ones who're far away, just like I LOVE getting emails from my Mom or brother. ;-D

  3. I was totally shocked at how many letters we got from Scout when he was in boot camp and training school. I homeschooled him and getting him to write ANYTHING was like trying to fit an elephant in a teacup!

And not only did he write, but sometimes he wrote us two or three pages!!!!
