There are a couple of things you can try. Under Blogger's "Settings" under "Comments" check yes to "Word verification for comments?" Visitors are required to copy a set of scrambled alphabetical characters, which spam machines can't duplicate.
Also in the same place, you can check yes to "Enable comment moderation?" All your comments will be e-mailed to you for approval before they are posted. (I do this.)
